Why have your chimney inspected?The National Fire Protection Agency states - "Chimneys, fireplaces and vents shall be inspected at least once a year" in accordance with the requirements listed in the following table: Table 14.3.1 The purpose of a chimney is to vent by-products of combustion and incomplete combustion out of your home and to the outside air. By-products of incomplete combustion are smoke, creosote, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and acidic water vapor. Your chimney needs to be properly maintained in order to function properly.
Our goal is is to inspect your chimney from top to bottom, inside and out, in the most thorough manner and convey our findings to you in a written narrative report. You will be able to view clear images and diagrams of any areas of concern.
